Formed in 1971, Investors Management and Marketing Incorporated has become
an industry leader by providing a wide variety of real estate services
to its clients. Investor's Management and Marketing (IMM) specializes
in the management of real property for various groups of investors.
Under the expert guidance of President, Jay Altringer, IMM has expanded
from its humble beginnings to currently manage over 5,300 residential
dwelling units and employ over 100 employees in North Dakota, South
Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, Iowa and Nebraska combined. The Institute
of Real Estate Managers and the National Association of Realtors
bestowed Mr. Altringer with the title of "Certified Property
Manager"
for his demonstration of professionalism in the property management
field.
IMM is a licensed real estate brokerage in all of these states
as well, allowing them to facilitate real estate transactions and
other business essential to it's clients. IMM is an active leader
in local, state and national Apartment Associations, as well as
the local Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service.

 Jay
Altringer is the President of IMM, Inc. and has been for over 30 years. The Institute of Real Estate Managers and the
National Association of Realtors bestowed Mr. Altringer with the
title of "Certified Property Manager" for his demonstration of professionalism in the property
management field. He also has held his real estate license since
1976 in North Dakota and received a GRI certificate in 1979. He
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Minot
State University.

 Dennis
Dion has held the position of Corporate Secretary/Treasurer
of IMM, Inc. for over 30 years. He wears numerous hats for
IMM including: Commercial Leasing, Human Resource Director, and
licensed Real Estate Broker in North Dakota with reciprocal licenses
in Montana, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. Dennis
has been with IMM since 1974. He received a GRI certificate in
1977. He also graduated from Minot State University with a Bachelors

Dan Holwegner is V.P. of Operations, overseeing projects and communications between property owners and IMM's internal management team. In addition, he supervises over 200 apartment units in our Williston, ND market. Dan came to IMM as a Retired Air Force Officer with a Bachelor of Science degree from Minot State University and a Masters Degree from California State University, San Bernardino, California. He is licensed in North Dakota as a Real Estate Professional and earned the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association in 2003. In 2005, Dan completed all coursework and was bestowed the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Jill Wald is our Controller, managing and coordinating all accounting functions for IMM's management portfolio. Jill came to IMM from the accounting team at IRET, Investors Real Estate Trust (NASDAQ:IRETS), in 2004. She is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Computer Science.

 Molly Kaylor is our Accounting Supervisor, assisting the Controller in managing all aspects of IMM’s corporate and privately owned portfolios, including A/R, A/P, GL Management and Payroll. She also manages our IMM Maintenance department. Molly brought over 10 years of accounting experience, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, and Cash Management to IMM as a bookkeeper in August 2007 and was promoted to Accounting Supervisor in April 2008.  Bob
Johnstad Bob Johnstad is a Property Management Consultant. Bob has over 16 years managing, at one point or another, apartment communities across six states.
Bob provides evaluation and corporate oversight of employees and apartment communities. He caries designations as a CAM Certified Apartment Manager and NALP National Apartment Leasing Professional from the National Apartment Association along with the required coursed in Real Estate Management, Asbestos Operations and Maintenance, Lead Base Training, and Crime Free Housing.

 Danny Hanson is our property supervisor for the Minot, ND market. He oversees more than 950 apartments units in IMM's management portfolio. Danny came to IMM after serving on the management team of the Minot Hockey Boosters Corp. His management career began during his second year of Business Management studies at Lake Superior State University when he was offered the opportunity to coach a junior hockey team in Billings, MT.

 Melodee Groninger is the Property Supervisor of 804 units located in Bismarck, Jamestown, Harvey, and Carrington. Melodee came to IMM as a Leasing Agent in March 1998 with a strong sales background. A year later, she took on the role of Marketing Supervisor and in 2005 she was promoted to her current position. Melodee is certified as a NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) and a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager). She has also been involved with selling/purchasing real estate for IMM since November of 2000.  Adam Cichon is Property Supervisor of over 1200 units in Grand Forks and Grafton, ND and East Grand Forks, MN. He brings to IMM a diverse background in Project Management. Adam comes to us from Hawaii where he managed numerous federal service contracts for Hickam Air Force Base. For 5 years there, he was responsible for overseeing personnel, equipment, financial resources and quality control. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.

 Neil Gush Gush is our property supervisor for Billings, Montana, overseeing nearly 800 apartment units. Neil came to IMM with a strong corporate background in project and personnel management and marketing. In 2006, he earned his NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) certification through the NAA. Neil holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Minot State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.  Justin Hammer is our Property Supervisor for our properties located in South Dakota and Fargo/Moorhead. Justin has a background in retail management with Scheels All Sports. Justin has led a team of over 30 sales associates, making sure that his team of associates were among the top sellers in the corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management from the University of North Dakota. Justin is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course.
