We attend apartment association meetings to stay abreast of current trends in the market. We provide you with an annual budget for your approval and monitor it on a monthly basis to keep expenses in line with the budget and to maximize income.

We negotiate with independent contractors to provide lawn care, snow removal, plumbing, electrical, and other required services at a fair price. We shop for property and liability insurance for your property to get the most coverage for least amount of premium.

We provide monthly financial statements and copies of all bills paid that month. The financial statements will include a profit and loss itemization and balance sheet if requested.

We provide 24 hour emergency maintenance 7 days a week. We monitor the property to ensure that contracted services are being provided as requested, to ensure the property is properly maintained and to continually be on the lookout for preventative maintenance items that will save you money in the long run.

We do the leasing, hiring, training, marketing, major/minor purchases and much more. We take care of the everyday details so you don’t have to worry.
